Case Study: Transforming Femme Flow’s Digital Presence with a Luxury Website Design

Meet Veronika, the founder of Femme Flow. She’s a feminine energy coach empowering women through menstrual cycle awareness, women's retreats, somatic movement classes and aromatherapy workshops. When Veronika came to me, her old WordPress website was outdated, difficult to update and wasn’t attracting organic traffic. It just didn’t reflect her vibrant and nurturing personality and brand. My mission? To create a luxury website design for this female coach that was reflective of her current offering and updated to tell her story, beautifully. 

The before:

Veronika’s old website was a maze of information. It lacked a clear user experience, had very little SEO strategy and missed essential features like a booking system or e-commerce capabilities which the business needed in order to uplevel. It was also hard for Veronika to manage, leaving her frustrated and disconnected from her online presence.

Our vision: a calm, nurturing website

I started by exploring the market and analysing Veronika’s competitors. The goal was to create a website that stood out in the coaching industry while staying true to the essence of Femme Flow. A key part of this was the aesthetic - we chose a calm, neutral website colour palette to create a nurturing and luxurious feel, perfectly aligning with the Femme Flow brand.

Designing a luxury website for a female coach

The design process focused on making the website not only beautiful but highly functional. We needed to integrate various functionalities:

  • A calendar booking system: for discovery calls, coaching sessions, and classes

  • E-commerce capabilities: for retreats and e-books

  • Email marketing integration: to keep Veronika’s clients engaged and informed

Everything was designed to be responsive, ensuring the site worked beautifully on mobile devices. The new layout has an intuitive flow, including a custom-coded mega menu design, guiding visitors effortlessly to the services and offerings they needed.

Moving to a user-friendly platform

One major change was moving the website from WordPress to Squarespace. This shift has made it much easier for Veronika to update and manage her site. Squarespace’s user-friendly interface was a game-changer, giving Veronika the power to take control of her own website post-handover (one of the main reasons I absolutely love this platform!)

Improving SEO and user experience

We focused heavily on SEO to ensure the new website attracted organic traffic. I worked closely with Veronika, to craft SEO-friendly content - on-page SEO, keyword optimisation and technical SEO improvements were all part of the strategy. The result? A website that not only looks stunning but performs exceptionally well in search engine rankings.

The results: a thriving digital presence

Not one to toot my own horn, but the transformation has been incredible! Femme Flow went from a cluttered, outdated site to a sleek, luxurious online home. Veronika’s new website is seeing a significant increase in traffic, improved conversion rates and higher user engagement. It’s now a powerful tool for attracting and converting her dream clients. Veronika is thrilled with the new site, proudly directing potential clients to explore her offerings online.
