Lobster and Love, a vibrant jewellery brand founded by Jojo, draws inspiration from her love of colour and travel. Needing an online presence for her playful and eclectic jewellery pieces, Jojo approached me after struggling with DIY attempts to create her own website. Her goal was to have a professional, user-friendly e-commerce platform that reflected her brand essence and showcased her collection in the best light. With no physical storefront, an effective online shop was crucial for brand visibility, sales and growing the brand.

Next, I developed compelling copy rooted in SEO strategy and established the website's creative direction. With client approval, I proceeded to build the fully customised website, incorporating advanced coding and integrated marketing tools. Prior to launch, we collaborated on a comprehensive marketing strategy, including lead magnets, nurture sequences and email templates.
